How often do I need to workout to see results?
Our Power plates will help you to look and feel great fast. We recommend that you do no more than 3 sessions on the power plate a week. After 10 sessions you will already see results.
I'm out of shape and concerned about starting a workout that's too intensive – is the Power Plate safe for me?
Before you begin a workout at JJ studios our trainers will go through your medical history with you, they will discuss any pre existing conditions that you may have and tailor a program that is safe and suitable for you. The power plate can provide a low impact work out specifically designed for rehabilitation purposes to help people who are recovering from injury or those who are not yet at their peak physical condition. It has gradual settings that allow you to start off slowly and build up when you feel ready to take it to the next level.
How long Does a work out take?
A session on a power plate takes just 25 minutes. You can literally pop into our studio and be out again half an hour later, having enjoyed the equivalent of a full gym work out.
How Does it burn calories as it is not cardiovascular specific?
As with any type of activity you will be expending energy and therefore will be burning calories. As this work out is very intense you will burn more calories in a short space of time than during conventional exercise. Stronger, more active muscles helps burn fat whilst resting.
Is there anything that would prevent me from using the power plate?
If any of the following apply to you this may prevent you from using the power plates. Please contact us for advice.
- Recent joint replacement
- Specific spinal problems
- Recent surgery
- Acute hernia
- Newly fitted coils
- Cancerous tumours

JJ Studios is located on the Princes Court business park next to Focus DIY & Sainsbury's in Nantwich.

We have dedicated client parking on the site.
What do I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing, no trainers to be worn on the power plate but socks must be worn at all times.
Terms & Conditions
Classes are limited to a maximum of 4 giving you extra individual attention
All new participants must fill out a health and fitness questionnaire prior to going on the machines
Pregnant ladies are unable to use the power plates for health & safety reasons
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance
If you are unable to come to a booked class, you must give a minimum of 24 hours or you will forfeit the class
For all courses, classes can be taken at any time however you cannot roll the over to the next month or course
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to fill out forms & 5 minutes early thereafter to start each session promptly
All sessions are valid for 3 months from sale and are non refundable and non transferable.
